The Department of Sociology at City, University of London invite applications for two PhD studentships. Each student will receive a full three year fee remission and will be appointed to a fixed-term (3 year) Teaching Assistant post (0.2FTE).

These posts are being funded as part of City’s Q-Step Centre. Funded by Nuffield, ESRC and HEFCE, Q-Step is a multi-million investment in the development of undergraduate quantitative methods training. City Q-Step Centre is based in the Sociology and International Politics departments. It builds on City’s commitment to excellence in research and learning as well as City’s longstanding excellence in quantitative methods.
