JOBS@ECPR-METHODS: Senior Research Officer, Electoral Commission
The Electoral Commission is the independent body that regulates party and election finance, sets standards for well-run elections and encourages people to register to vote.
The Commission is looking for a Senior Research Officer to join a dedicated and enthusiastic team that undertakes a wide mix of research studies, working with a range of audiences and stakeholders to support the Commission’s objectives.
This role provides an opportunity to work on high-profile programmes of research, working mainly on data analysis and other quantitative projects on electoral registration and the management of elections. The position requires a candidate with a strong track record of data collation and analysis as well as excellent understanding of quantitative methods.
The successful candidate will have some experience in working with a variety of stakeholders ranging from civil servants to academics and software suppliers.
